. For buyers I have earned the (ABR) Accredited Buyer Representative. For Sellers I have earned the (ASR) Accredited Seller Representative. I am not a dual agent; I only represent one party to the transaction.

I am also a (MCNE) Master Certified Negotiation Expert. Only 7 people in our State Have earned this

 valuable designation. Probably the most valued service an agent can provide is the skill of negotiation. I believe in win win negotiations which insure the best results for my clients.

  • While my focus has been working with buyers during the down turn.  I will only list houses I know I can sell as a result all my listings last year have sold. Just this week I have closed one of my first  time buyers on a Bank of America owned property in Renton. I know what it takes to get houses sold in this market if the seller is not motivated or unwilling to do what is necessary I will not take the listing.  

Note: I worked for about 8 years at Century 21 Smith Ring as one of their Preferred Relocation Listing agents for Cendant Relocation. I had to be able to sell houses of relocating employees throughout all of King County parts Pierce County and Snohomish County as well. We provided BPO’s and managed the sale of these relocating employees’ homes often while they were vacant. We arranged for yard work, repairs, and maintenance of these homes, winterization  and so on much like you will find in Reo situations.
